Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping, at flat shipping rates. Get free shipping in Canada on orders of $75 or more with code CANADASHIPS. Get free shipping to the United States on orders of $100 CAD or more with code USSHIPS.

What currency are all the prices in?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Can I get a custom fragrance?

Absolutely! We've been offering custom fragrances for a long time now and love working with customers to find their perfect fragrance. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!

I have a nut allergy, are your products safe?

Since we order all of our products from a company that does work with nut based oils, we cannot guarantee these are safe with nut allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Are you products vegan?

Our oils are vegan friendly. However, any of our balms, beard and lip, do use beeswax and therefore are not vegan friendly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I pickup locally?

We recently moved from Cambridge to Woodstock. We still offer local pick up in Woodstock completely free! We're working on getting a Waterloo Region pick-up point, and do occassionally make our way back to Cambridge/Kitchener. If you're looking into pick-up options please reach out and we'd be happy to discuss further!
